30 Years of Kajol in movies: From Baazigar to Fanaa, watch best films of actor on OTT

Kajol is one of the most popular Indian female actors even today, despite the fact that her peak is behind her. And the big reason for this kind of love she gets today is thanks to the body of work she has done. Having made her debut with Bekhudi back in 1992, she has been a part of some of the biggest Indian movies of all time. Her movies with Shah Rukh Khan are beloved and they are still the fan-favourite on-screen duo of many moviegoers even today. As the ever beautiful Kajol celebrates 30 years in the industry today, here are six of her best movies to watch on OTT.

Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge
Let’s start off with an absolutely iconic one. Starring Shah Rukh Khan as Raj and Kajol as Simran, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (DDLJ) is the longest running film in the country. The love story sees her play a girl who is in love but does not want to hurt her parents. But by the time the movie ends, everything will be set right.
Fanaa is a beautiful love story that has a rather tragic ending. Starring Aamir Khan in the lead as a flirt, Kajol plays a blind Kashmiri woman who is trying to live her best life. When fate brings the two back together once again, a terrible secret will be revealed.

Directed by Karan Johar, this one is still a fan-favourite movie after all these years. With two love triangles set years apart making up the movie, it also follows a daughter who wants to unite her widowed father with his true love. The movie also stars Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji and Salman Khan.
Shah Rukh Khan is known for characters with shades of gray, and not many as dark as his role in Baazigar. The movie tells the tale of an intricate revenge plot carried out by the anti-hero and it is thoroughly entertaining. Apart from Kajol, the movie also stars Shilpa Shetty in an important role.

While the movie has Shah Rukh Khan deliver a standout performance as the Indian Muslim man who is wrongly accused of a terrorist attack in the USA, Kajol also pulls off a fantastic performance as his wife. The movie is a must watch.
