Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are celebrating their third wedding anniversary on November 14. The couple met on the sets of the 2013 release Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Deepika and Ranveer dated for six years before taking the plunge. During their relationship and even after marriage, the couple continued to collaborate professionally. The DeepVeer fans leave no stone unturned in showing their excitement on hearing about them working together. 

In the past decade, Deepika and Ranveer have worked on Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, Finding Fanny, Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat, and their upcoming outing is 83. The Kabir Khan directorial is finally getting a big-screen release on December 24, 2021. 

On DeepVeer's wedding anniversary, they watch their hit films together on OTT platforms.

Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela

The film centres on the story of Ram and Leela, their love, passion, and the drama that ensues. It is a modern rendition of William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, with an Indian touch. The film, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, marked the first outing of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh on the big screen. Not just that, the romance between the two also started brewing on the sets of Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela.

Finding Fanny

On a road trip with several weird bods, Ferdie sets out to find his former sweetheart, Fanny. Will they be able to reconnect these separated souls? The film has five Goans embarked on a road trip to find an old postman's boyhood love. The film features Deepika Padukone and Arjun Kapoor in the lead roles, along with Naseeruddin Shah, Dimple Kapadia, and Pankaj Kapur. However, Ranveer Singh makes a special appearance in Finding Fanny as Deepika's on-screen husband, who dies on the day of their wedding.

Bajirao Mastani

A tale of the love affair between Baji Rao I, the Maratha general, and Mastani, the princess of Bundelkhand. Bajirao Mastani marked the second full-fledged outing of DeepVeer and also of Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The film also had Priyanka Chopra-Jonas as a parallel female lead.

Padmaavat

Padmaavat is a narrative of honour, valour, and obsession set in mediaeval India around 1303 AD. Queen Padmavati is the wife of Maharawal Ratan Singh and the pride of the Kingdom of Chittor, an affluent kingdom in India's north-west. She is known for her great beauty as well as a strong sense of justice. Allaudin Khilji, the reigning sultan of Hindustan, hears about her beautiful legend. In the film directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Deepika and Ranveer didn't share a screen space for a single scene. Interestingly, she was paired opposite Shahid Kapoor in the period drama.

83 is a biographical sports film directed by Kabir Khan and produced by Khan, Vishnuvardhan Induri, Deepika Padukone, and Sajid Nadiadwala. It showcases the remarkable narrative of India's 1983 World Cup victory in cricket. Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Jiiva, Saqib Saleem, Harrdy Sandhu, Ammy Virk, Pankaj Tripathi, Boman Irani, Nishant Dahiya, and Sahil Khattar appear in the film, which is co-distributed by Reliance Entertainment. 83 is set to hit the big screens on December 24, 2021. This is Deepika and Ranveer's first film together after their wedding in 2018. Finally, the couple features in a movie where they have a happy ending and none of their characters die during the runtime.
