Abhilasha

Abhilasha is a 1968 Indian Urdu language film. The film is written and directed by Amit Bose, written by D P Joshi, and produced by Ramnikla J Dave. The music is given by R D Burman and Majrooh Sultanpuri. The cast of the film includes Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar, Nanda, Rehman, Meena Kumari, and Sanjay Khan. The producer was also a builder and instead of paying her in money, he built a house for Meena Kumari. The film is about social issues and how caste became so important to people that it affects lifestyle and love. The film is about a young man who was soon going to be married, he is an army officer. He was rejected when people got to know he was adopted.
