Capernaum

Capernaum is an Arabic drama about a 12-year-old Lebanese boy who ends up committing a violent crime after running away from his parent’s neglect and witnessing the marriage of his underage sister. While serving a five-year sentence for lawlessness, he sues his parents in protest of the life they had given him and criticizes them for bringing him into the world. Starring Zain Al Rafeea, Cedra Izzam, Boluwatife Treasure Bankole, Fadi Yousef, Elias Khoury and Alaa Chouchneich in prominent roles, the film is directed by Nadine Labaki.
