Chopsticks is a comedy drama film, directed by Sachin Yardi. What happens when an insecure yet innocent smart young woman’s brand new car gets stolen and she meets an enigmatic young man and they go on a hunt to find her car? Chopsticks.
The film revolves around Nirma Sahastrabuddhe, a Mandarin translator whose car gets stolen. She takes help from a con man ‘Artist’ who helps to get her stolen car back from a Mumbai thug.
Throughout the film with the two helping each other brings them closer and brings about a change. A light hearted film, which has its comic moments.

Netflix’s new Abhay Deol, Mithila Palkar film would be better suited for Hotstar
Produced by a streaming service known for dolling out class content, Chopsticks falls short of creating a considerable impression.
The film does try to take a stand against animal fights and has some stray elements, but it lacks a crucial thing that the audience of 2019 is hungry for – a tight script.
Chopsticks movie review: Mithila Palkar plays as well as she can. At least her character, with a few layers is given something to work with.
the film throws a decent dose of surprises along the way. And when the chaos simmers down, you’re left with a few things to learn from ‘Chopsticks’ — empathy.
