Testimonials from indigenous people, renowned scientists and researchers give an insight into the negative impact of the production and consumption of meat, fish, and dairy products. Directors Ludo Brockway and Otto Brockway highlight the consequences of everyday food choices on animals, human health, indigenous communities, and the planet. The English version of the documentary is narrated by Kate Winslet while TV personality and PETA Marco Antonio Regil narrates the Spanish version.
