Parapaar

Directed by Sanjoy Nag, Parapaar is a Bengali family drama released in the year 2014. The film is based on the novel written by Moti Nandi. The film stars Paoli Dam, Bratya Basu, Ahmed Rubel, Dr. Ejajul Islam and Rituparna Sengupta. The film represents the story of a couple. The husband- Rudra, played by Ahmed Rubel is a convict who got bail after spending 14 years of imprisonment and is in search of his wife. His wife Damini, played by Rituparna Sengupta is a homemaker. The film shows how over the years Damini has grown and became a strong woman and paddled her own canoe for herself and her two kids. The story, cinematography, production and everything is good to watch at least once.
