 The Netflix movie stars Grant Gustin as the main protagonist, an American actor famous for portraying Flash in the CW series The Flash. The plot follows Dan chasing his dream to join an elite K9 unit. He partners with a clever but naughty shelter pup Ruby to accomplish his dream. The heartfelt and inspiring movie is written by Karen Janszen, a writer known for works like Mars and A Walk to Remember (2002), and directed by Katt Shea.
