Joy is a man who seems to have a mysterious connection with nature, whenever he’s around all lifeforms in the sea flock to him. One day he arrives in Puthuvype, and the people there recount stories about him. No one knows where he came from and no one knows where he was going either. The fragile ecosystem of Puthuvype is in danger from overfishing this danger is further exacerbated by a Petroleum Company. All of this lead to a metamorphosis in Joy. Aavasa Vyuham: The Arbit Documentation of an Amphibian Hunt is a Malayalam Science Fiction film directed by Krishand. The role of Joy is played by Rahul Rajagopal, he was joined on screen by Nileen Sandra and Geethi Sangeetha. The film also won the award for the best film at the 2022 International Film Festival of Kerala.
