Aamir Khan is all set for the release of his highly anticipated film, Laal Singh Chaddha, alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan on August 11. Despite the fact that there has been a considerable gap between his last film, Thugs of Hindustan, and his forthcoming feature, the actor is fully prepared to take on new projects.
According to Pinkvilla, Aamir is in discussions for a film with director and writer Siddharth P Malhotra. Siddharth is already directing Aamir Khan's elder son Junaid Khan in his debut film, Maharaja.
Multiple suggestions were discussed between the director and the Bollywood star during the process. According to the portal's insider, Aamir loved one of the ideas and wants Siddharth's scriptwriters to explore it. If all goes as planned, the movie would go into production later next year.
Aamir seems to have an official version of the Spanish film Campeones. As the storyline as well as other elements of the picture have been finalized, the actor is merely waiting to see how his forthcoming film is received by the audience before revealing his next venture. RS Prasanna will direct this Spanish-adopted flick.
Aamir is also working on different new projects. The first is about a controversial lawyer, while the second is a Gulshan Kumar biography titled Moghul.
The actor's schedule is jam-packed. However time would tell which of the above projects the actor will embark on, but he may perhaps decide on a completely new venture.
Naga Chaitanya, Mona Singh and other actors also appear in Laal Singh Chaddha. The movie, which has been directed by Advait Chandan, is an official remake of the 1994 Hollywood flick Forrest Gump, starring Tom Hanks.
