Speaking at the event, Allu Arjun said, "It feels incredible to be sitting on top of a record-breaking hit, and I won’t deny that numbers matter to me. Of course, they do, and I’ll be in this trance for a couple of months because being part of a ₹1000 crore film is no joke."
He added, "Records are meant to be broken, and I’m sure my record will eventually be surpassed by another film. I welcome it because that’s how the Indian film industry will continue to grow."
The highlight of his speech was his heartfelt praise for director Sukumar. Allu Arjun said, "I know the entire team has done a fantastic job, but I owe the success of Pushpa 2 to Sukumar. It’s his vision that has brought us here."
