Black Panther: Wakanda Forever director Ryan Coogler released an exclusive peek at a sequence and some highlights from the much-anticipated follow-up to 2018’s Black Panther. Cast members Angela Bassett (Queen Ramonda), Letitia Wright (Shuri), Winston Duke (M'Baku), and Tenoch Huerta (Namor) joined Coogler and Kevin Feige on stage, much to the pleasure of the audience.

After King T'Challa's passing, the Wakandans strive to defend their country from interfering international forces in the narrative. The heroes must work together to create a new route for the kingdom. The November 11 release of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which also stars Lupita Nyong'o (Nakia), Danai Gurira (Okoye), Florence Kasumba (Ayo), Dominique Thorne (Riri Williams), Michaela Coel (Aneka), Mabel Cadena (Namora), Alex Livinalli (Attuma), and Martin Freeman (Everett Ross), is produced by Feige and Nate Moore.

Angela Bassett told the audience that this is the calm before the amazing storm, and they absolutely look forward to bringing it to them. Chadwick was with them every step of the way; he paved the way. They had to meet his level of excellence.

Tenoch Huerta, a recent addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, said of his experience playing Namor that when one goes to a new nation and a new culture, and is embraced... all this love, to make the best movie ever with a fantastic plot, with a love of profound respect for the culture.

Letitia Wright then added that so many great new characters are attached to this franchise and to this story. She is so excited about how impactful this story will be and for her brother to look down on them and smile. Winston Duke, a fan favourite, concluded by saying that they are back! The actor is also excited for everyone to see Wakanda.

Joe Robert Cole co-wrote the film with Coogler. While Nate Moore and Feige produced Black Panther: Wakanda Forever together.
