What does the Part-1 trailer of Ansh show?

The trailer begins with the husband asking his wife Madhvi to bring him breakfast as he's getting late for office. Instead of food, the husband gets a surprise for Madhvi as she appears in an alluring lingerie in front of to make love to him. As the trailer keeps on increasing our excitement for a steamy romance, suddenly it takes a harsh turn when the husband begins to accuse Madhvi for not being able to get pregnant. The harsh words shatter Mashvi’s heart and mind.
