Parambrata is also playing the lead in the film which will be released in Puja. Meanwhile, the director took a short break from his busy schedule and took a trip to Scotland with his friends.
Parambrata's love for travel and exploring local places in the city is no secret. No matter how busy he is, the actor always manages to take some time off from his schedule and enjoy his mini-vacations. This time, we got hold of some of his holiday photographs.
As per reports, Parambrata went to Scotland in May and it was only after his return, that he completed the shooting of Boudi Canteen. Meanwhile, the actor has a good lineup this year and he will be juggling between Kolkata and Mumbai due to his work schedule. Besides his new project with Pavan, the actor has recently completed the shooting of Nikhil Advani's Mumbai Diaries season 2 with Konkona Sen Sharma and Satyajit Dubey. He has worked on Sudhir Mishra’s unnamed project – a part of Anubhav Sinha-produced anthology – with Taapsee Pannu.
In an interview with OTTplay, Parambrata talked about his tryst with Bollywood. He said that due to the bigger scale, Bollywood offers greater care in the filmmaking process. He also pointed out that Bollywood caters to a wider audience and hence deals with bigger stakes.
Meanwhile, Parambrata’s recent Bengali film Habji Gabji, co-starring Subhasree and directed by Raj Chakraborty has received a fairly good response from the audience. The film delves into the life of a young boy who suffers from a gaming disorder. Parambrata and Subhashree play the parents.
