The teaser and first single of Susienthiran's Shiva Shivaa was released a while ago. The film, which stars Jai in the lead, has the actor making his debut as a composer, too. Meenakshi Govindharajan plays the female lead in the movie which has Sharath Lohitashwa, Jayaprakash, Kaali Venkat and others playing pivotal roles. 

The grapevine has it that the filmmaker is all set to team up for a project which has Arun Vijay playing the lead. According to unconfirmed reports, the film is likely to be a thriller. Susienthiran's last outing, Eeswaran, starring Silambarasan in the lead, which had hit the screens earlier this year, is streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.

Arun, who is shooting for Hari's bilingual action flick Yaanai (Yenugu in Telugu), has Sinam, Borrder, Vaa Deal and Oh My Dog in his kitty. The first single from Borrder directed by Arivazhagan, titled Nenjae Nenjae, was released earlier today. The movie is all set for a theatrical release on November 19. 

The project was earlier said to be having a release on August after the theatres are re-opened in Tamil Nadu. However, the makers came up with an official announcement on its release date only later. Regina Cassandra and Stefy Patel play female leads in the movie.   

On the other hand, Vaa Deal directed by Rathina Shiva, is expected to hit the screens on Deepavali, and will take on Rajinikanth's Annaatthe and Vishal-Arya's Enemy at the box office. The long-delayed project which was earlier supposed to have an OTT premiere has Karthika Nair playing the female lead. 

Similarly, it was announced earlier that Oh My Dog, produced by Jyotika and Suriya's 2D Entertainment Pvt Ltd, will have a premiere on Amazon Prime Video on December. GNR Kumaravelan's Sinam, in which he is essaying the role of a realistic cop, has Pallak Lalwani playing his romantic interest.
