Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha: Here’s the BIG UPDATE on Ajay Devgn, Tabu’s film with Neeraj Pandey

Ajay Devgn is all set to grace Bollywood with a thriller yet again. The upcoming film, titled Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, will see Neeraj Pandey take on the reins of director. The actor recently announced a big update regarding his first collaboration with Neeraj.

Taking to his official social media, Ajay announced that the film has officially gone on floors, sharing some photographs as well from the film’s sets. The photos featured him, Neeraj, and the film’s leading lady Tabu as well, as they shared a candid moment backstage. The photos also featured clapboards bearing the film’s name as well. The upcoming film will also feature Jimmy Shergill in a prominent role as well.

Neeraj and Ajay were initially going to collaborate together on a film called Chanakya, in 2018. The film was later shelved.

Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha is produced by Shital Bhatia, Narendra Hirawat, Reliance Entertainment and Kumar Mangat Pathak of Panorama Studios. Neeraj’s production banner Friday Filmworks will also bankroll the film as well. The upcoming film will have music composed by M. M. Keeravani, who recently won the Golden Globe award for his song Naatu Naatu in RRR.

Meanwhile, Ajay’s last silver screen outing came in the form of Abhishek Pathak’s directorial Drishyam 2, which saw him share the screen with Tabu. The actor will next be seen in Bholaa, which he also directed. The Hindi remake of Kaithi, the film will again see him star alongside Tabu. He also has Amit Sharma’s Maidaan and Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again in the pipeline as well.

Tabu was last seen in Aasmaan Bhardwaj’s directorial debut Kuttey, which saw her share the screen with Arjun Kapoor, Naseeruddin Shah, Radhika Madan and Konkona Sen Sharma. Besides Bholaa with Ajay, Tabu’s upcoming releases also include Vishal Bhardwaj’s Khufiya, which also stars Ali Fazal, Wamiqa Gabbi and Ashish Vidyarthi.
