Balcony Buddies teaser: Witness Amol Parashar-Aisha Ahmed's journey to friendship under lockdown

The teaser of Amol Parashar's upcoming series has been unveiled. The show, titled Balcony Buddies, features him in the lead role with Aisha Ahmed.

Set in the times of lockdown, Balcony Buddies addresses a cute story about a building bond between the two. Like the title mentions, they meet thanks to their 'balconies'.

The teaser gives a glimpse of how the two get intertwined in each other's world, right from the comfort of their own balcony. The two are seen asking each other what kind of clothes suit them, which proves they have grown as friends.

Amol Parashar plays the role of Prateek on the show while Aisha will be seen as Chanda. The two meet as strangers and become inseparable buddies after the moments they spent on the balcony.

Amol, who is popular for his role as Chitvan in TVF Tripling, was recently seen in Feels Like Ishq's segment Save The Day(te) opposite Radhika Madan. The series was released on Netflix.

The actor has also worked in various films. On the movie front, he was last seen in Konkona Sen Sharma-Bhumi Pednekar starrer Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitaare. The actor has also been a part of Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year, Dombivli Return, Mili and Traffic in the past.

Meanwhile Aisha Ahmed was last seen as Amreen Mirza in 2020's Zindagi in short. She also appeared in the short film Amritsar Junction which released in the same year.

Balcony Buddies is slated to release on Friendships Day. It will start streaming on MX Player.
