The award-winning producer-director duo, Sajid Nadiadwala and Nitesh Tiwari had earlier announced their next project, Bawaal . And now there is another interesting update about the upcoming film, which marks the first onscreen collaboration of Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor.
The shoot of this much-anticipated love story is going to be held in four European countries including the city of Love - Paris. The film will also be shot in three different locations in India. Looks like the film has indeed a vast shoot schedule and with the two popular filmmakers coming together, the expectations of the fans are also high, especially to see the fresh pairing of Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor.
Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film is scheduled to go on floors soon. The makers have announced the release date of the movie to be April 7, 2023. But further details about the movie are being kept under the wrap.
Earlier, Varun Dhawan took to his social media to officially announce the project with a poster. He had written in his post: "Ab hoga #BAWAAL!"
Meanwhile, apart from Bawaal, the Badrinath Ki Dulhania actor has several projects in the pipeline. He is working on Jug Jugg Jeeyo, a comedy-drama, directed by Raj Mehta and produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta. It also stars Prajakta Koli, Maniesh Paul, Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, and Kiara Advani in prominent roles. The film will release this year on June 24. He also has a comedy horror film, Bhediya with Kriti Sanon. Directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan, the film will release on November 25, 2022.
On the other hand, Kapoor is gearing up for the release of Good Luck Jerry. Directed by Sidharth Sengupta and produced by Subaskaran Allirajah and Aanand L. Rai, the remake of the 2018 Tamil film, Kolamaavu Kokila, also has Deepak Dobriyal, Mita Vashisht, Neeraj Sood, and Sushant Singh in key roles.
