Bhagavanth Kesari box office: The Balakrishna starrer grosses the Rs 100 crore mark

Bhagavanth Kesari is one of the most talked about films in Telugu cinema as Balakrishna played a very different role for the first in his career. He plays the father of actress Sreeleea in the film that speaks women's empowerment and has grossed over Rs 100 crore at the box office in its first week.

The film was released alongside Vijay's Leo on October 19, 2023, and took a slow start. But from day two, things changed big time as the family audience started watching the family drama. The film has now grossed over Rs 110 crore at the box office now and is Balakrishna's third 100 crore grosser after Akhanda and Veera Simha Reddy.

Bhaganth Kesari is also doing exceptionally well in Nizam and the interiors of Andhra Pradesh. The action drama is also doing quite well in the US and is nearing 1.5 million dollars in the US. Bhavanth Kesari is also Balakrishna's third one-dollar film in the US. 

This feat has not been achieved by any senior hero to date in the US making this film which is even more special. Bhagavanth Kesari has made Rs 5.7 crore gross in the state of Karnataka and is still going strong.

The concept of good touch and bad touch showcased in the film has also become a talking point of the film. Anil Ravipudi, who has directed only comedy flicks so far has narrated Bhagavanth Kesari in a very emotional manner. 

Kajal plays a key role and this film also marks her comeback to Telugu cinema. Thaman has cored the music for this film which has been produced by Shau Garapati and Harish Peddi. For now, the film is doing quite well and the makers are super thrilled.
