After she was chastised by Raqesh Bapat for earlier calling his girlfriend Shamita Shetty "aunty," Karan Kundrra defended Tejasswi Prakash during the first half of the Bigg Boss 15 season finale episode, which aired on Saturday, Salman Khan startled Shamita by stating that Raqesh had come to her support when Rashami Desai's elimination was revealed on the show.
Raqesh congratulated Shamita for doing so well on the show when Salman requested him to say something, but he also bashed Tejasswi for misbehaving with his girlfriend. Raqesh informed her that he wanted to smash the TV because he was so angry. Raqesh slammed Tejasswi for age-shaming Shamita and dragging her down during a task.
Tejasswi responded that the schism between Shamita and her is always a case of "action and reaction." She defended her claims by adding that Karan Kundrra also called Shamita an "aunty," and she didn't respond to it.
Tejasswi and Shamita later got into a furious dispute over her "aunty" remark while discussing their prior fight. Shamita advised Karan to reason with his girlfriend, saying that her woman had lost the plot. On the other hand, Karan supported Tejasswi, saying that she did not age-shame Shamita and that the comment was not made in that context.
Both of them had a lengthy discussion, with Karan attempting to explain that Tejasswi had no intention of age-shaming, and Shamita stating that an apology must be followed by an explanation.
Meanwhile, Karan, Tejasswi, Pratik Sehajpal, Nishant Bhat, and Shamita are now competing for the title of Bigg Boss 15 winner. The season finale of the show will be a two-part episode that will air on Voot on January 29 and 30.
Tonight's episode will also feature a special homage to Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla, who died recently. Shehnaaz Gill will also perform on stage as a tribute to him.
