Bigg Boss 16 December 26 Written Update: A new furry member enters the house

Sajid Khan presses Tina Datta for an English breakfast as Bigg Boss 16 begins a new day. Shalin Bhanot rushes to catch Shiv Thakare after he hugs Tina to wish Shalin Bhanot a happy holiday. After that, he goes and hugs Sreejita De.

Shalin makes fun of Tina and inserts Vikkas Maniktala into the exchange. Why do guys have such egos, she wonders? Sreejit and Soundarya Sharma spoke to Sajid about Tina and how nice she is because of the nominations. Sajid and Sreejita are at odds over Shalin in the meantime.

Later, Vikkas tells Shiv in the gym that he is not targeting Shiv. The two eventually work things out with MC Stan. Tina calls Shalin a "kaamchor" while Stan shows off his body for the cameras. He leaves after another argument between Shalin and Tina. Tina talks to Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia about her dispute with Shalin. The latter believes he is taking his time to refute her.

When Stan discusses responsibilities with Archana Gautam, she becomes agitated. Stan is urged by Archana to end the fictitious battle and speak with Shalin. Stan claims Shalin has asthama, and based on the way she is speaking, she will commit murder. Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary, who declines to help in the kitchen, listens to Soundarya talk about an apron. Stan becomes angry with Archana when Soundarya talks about the same thing. Abdu Rozik watches the battle and finds it exciting.

Sreejita interrupts Archana as she is speaking to Shalin and Vikkas. Upon seeing that, Archana freaks out and declares that Sreejita is scared of Priyanka. Then, while discussing Sreejita with Soundarya, Archana refers to Priyanka as a "freefund" and a "kaamchor." People who wish to take Archana into "paraaya ghar" are warned by her.

Sreejita criticises Archana for cleaning the restroom. They argue once again as a result of this. Stan receives a chain from Tina after she calls him. After seeing this, Shalin says that Tina and the other people getting gifts are after him. Nimrit quips that Stan will no longer be able to propose to Tina. Shalin discusses Tina's treatment of him with disdain.

Bigg Boss needs to make a crucial announcement. He mentions that the show has now run for 13 weeks. He will surprise the competitors by giving them the things they miss from the mansion. Bigg Boss makes fun of them for their meals and their missing relatives. Then he talks about pets and presents Maahim, the newest addition to the household. Then Sajid admitted he doesn't like dogs, and the only competitor who doesn't is him. The other residents of the residence start playing with Maahim.

When Sreejita sobs, Abdu comforts her. He then plays with Maahim while Shalin strokes the canine companion. As Maahim urinates, Archana is ecstatic. She also asks her to go potty. "Brother, I love you," says Abdu. Abdu is intrigued to find out who the third wild card entry is when Sreejita teases him about it. Of course, she is referring to Maahim, Vikkas, and herself.

Sajid believes Maahim's appearance on the show has diminished Abdu's cuteness factor. After returning, he notices that Abdu has an attitude, and he talks to Stan and Nimrit about it. Sajid points out to Abdu how Bigg Boss made him famous in India and claims that fame has corrupted him. Nimrit believes that if she calls Abdu and requests to meet him, he won't answer. She claims to adore him as her best friend.

Sajid moves away from Maahim and talks to Sumbul Touqeer Khan, begging her not to say bad things about him. In the meantime, Archana gripes Maahim about focusing solely on Shalin.

The captaincy of Sreejita, Soundarya, and Stan ends. Bigg Boss joked that Maahim would be the new captain and requested a screenplay. He receives abuse for it since Bigg Boss advises him to press the buzzer instead.
