Blind, a gripping story of resiliency and determination, aims to bring to life a unique primary character who wins over circumstances that appear to be insurmountable. After delivering standout performances in films like Neerja and Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, as well as taking on the role of a mother, Sonam is making a forceful comeback to the big screen with Blind, and the audience is keen to see how she does in the role.

A blind police officer who is on the hunt for a serial killer is the focus of Blind, a remake of the Korean film of the same name that was released in 2011. The shooting of the film began on December 28, 2020, in Glasgow, Scotland, and continued until February 13, 2021, when it was completed.

The world premiere of Blind will take place on July 7 and will only be available on JioCinema. Jio Studios presented the movie in collaboration with RV Motion Pictures and Lead Films after Kanai, Avma, and Kross Pictures produced it.

Meanwhile, Sonam was last seen in the leading role in The Zoya Factor, opposite Dulquer Salmaan. The film, which is based on the book of the same name, had its theatrical release in 2019. The actor also played herself in AK vs. AK, which featured Anil Kapoor and Anurag Kashyap in the lead roles. The film was a Netflix release in 2020.
