Brahmastra has managed to beat Sooryavanshi’s day 1 Box Office collection. The movie is only the second highest day 1 in the post pandemic era. KGF 2 (Hindi) still rules at the Box Office with a collection of Rs. 52.39 crores.
Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt’s Brahmastra is just Rs. 20 crores behind. The movie has managed to earn Rs. 31.75 crores net in Hindi on day one.
The Ayan Mukerji directorial has beat Akshay Kumar’s Sooryavanshi, which was the only Hindi film with the highest Box Office collection in the post-pandemic era. Other films that Brahmastra has managed to leave behind are the likes of RRR (Hindi) and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which were also among the highest grossing films of 2022. While RRR (Hindi) had earned Rs. 19.38 crores on day one, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 minted Rs. 13.41 crores on its opening day.
