Chiranjeevi gets back on sets for his new film Bholaa Shankar, here's an interesting update

Now that Waltair Veerayya is done and dusted, megastar Chiranjeevi has moved on to his next film Bholaa Shankar which is being directed by Meher Ramesh. The shoot of this family drama is halfway through and we have come to know that a new schedule has kickstarted today in Hyderabad and key scenes of the film are being shot.

What's special is that the shoot is happening in a heavy-duty set laid in the backdrop of Kolkatta. The set is built worth crores of money and a chunk of the action sequences will be shot here. The key cast of the film is expected to join the shoot and will take part in the action episode. Anil Sunkara is the man behind this film which is a family drama.

Keerthy Suresh will be seen as Chiranjeevi's sister in this film which is the remake of the Tamil hit Vedhalam starring Ajith. Megastar Chiranjeevi has time and again revealed that he does not want to do serious cinema anymore. In that process, he signed this film. Apart from that, Chiranjeevi has asked the director to add more action sequences to the film to make it more commercial.

Tamannah Bhatia has been paired opposite Chiranjeevi in this film and this is the second time she is romancing the megastar after Sye Raa. The songs will be shot abroad and the makers are in due plan to rope in a star heroine for a special number. More details of this film will be out soon.
