Deepika Padukone beats Alia Bhatt to become the most popular female Bollywood star of 2021

Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt have constantly been competing at the top two spots as the most popular female Bollywood star. The former managed to surpass the latter in order to become the most popular of 2021. Deepika also had a bigger advantage since her movie 83 released in end of the year, while Alia is yet to have a release.

Ormax Media released a list of the most popular Bollywood actresses of 2021. Alia and Deepika hogged the first two spots in the list.

Katrina Kaif, who got married to Vicky Kaushal in 2021, became the third most popular Bollywood actress of the year. The actress’ much-awaited movie Sooryavanshi also released in the same year.

Kareena Kapoor Khan and Shraddha Kapoor took the fourth and fifth spot on the list. Both the actresses did not have a movie release in 2021.

Kiara Advani, whose film Shershaah released in the year, came sixth in the list. Similarly, Kriti Sanon, who had a huge hit in Mimi in 2021, came seventh in the list.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas slayed even in 2021. The year began with her movie The White Tiger’s release. She kept being in news whether because of Jonas Brother Roast or her divorce speculation with Nick Jonas. However, the actress came in the top 10, as she hogged the eight position.

Disha Patani, last seen in Radhe with Salman Khan, came on the ninth position. Taapsee Pannu, who made news in 2021 for Haseen Dillruba and Rashmi Rocket, came last i.e. on number 10 in the list.
