Dil Nahin Todna song teaser: Arjun Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh relive bittersweet moments

The makers of Arjun Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh-starrer Sardar Ka Grandson released a teaser for the upcoming track Dil Nahin Todna, which is all about the lead pair reliving their bittersweet moments.

At the start of the teaser, Rakul and Arjun are seen staring at a particular ring, hinting that they were once engaged. The music video of the slow melody is slated to release on May 12.

Tanishk Bagchi, best remembered for his works like Naach Meri Rani, Makhna, Psycho Saiyaan and Do You Love Me, has composed the duet and rendered it with Zara Khan.

The makers had previously released the song Main Teri Ho Gayi, which was reprised from a hit Punjabi number. Prior to that, they had recreated the Punjabi track called Jee Ni Karda. Both tracks revealed the romance between Arjun and Rakul’s characters.

Directed by Kaashvie Nair, Sardar Ka Grandson also stars Neena Gupta, John Abraham, Aditi Rao Hydari, Soni Razdan, Kumud Mishra, Kanwaljit Singh and Divya Seth.

Neena plays the role of a grandmother who wishes to go to Pakistan to see her ancestral home. Her only condition is that her grandson, played by Arjun, should take her there. However, he is denied a visa and thereon, his journey to fulfill his grandmother’s wish begins. In a unique twist, he brings Pakistan to Amritsar.

The film is slated to release on Netflix on May 18.
