Drishyam 2 Box Office Collection Week 1: Ajay Devgn, Tabu and Akshaye Khanna starrer enters the 100-crore club

With the smashing opening on November 18, Ajay Devgn, Tabu, and Akshaye Khanna starrer is donning the list of blockbuster films this year. With breaking several records soon after its release, Drishyam 2 has garnered immense praise and applauds from around the nation and has finally entered the 100-crore club

With the clever story and screenplay, the critics and audiences loved the performances in the film. Everyone is rooting for Vijay Salgaonkar and his family. Here's how much the crime-thriller movie has earned each day from the opening day till Thursday:

1st Friday: 15.38cr

1st Saturday: 21.59cr

1st Sunday: 27.17cr

1st Monday: 11.87cr

1st Tuesday: 10.48cr

1st Wednesday: 9.55cr 

1st Thursday: 8.62cr

Grand Total: 104.66cr

With a grand total of Rs. 104.66 cr, Drishyam 2 has now officially entered the 100-crore club and is still not ready to stop.

However, the film crossing the Rs. 100 crore is not unexpected or shocking at all as movie buffs have been waiting for the sequel of the 2014 hit movie for a long time.

Last week, before the release of the movie, Ajay Devgn was seen promoting his film and gracing the premiere event of Drishyam 2. The actor arrived at the venue in a handsome look donning a dashing leather jacket and holding hands with wife-actor Kajol, who was seen twinning with her husband in a gorgeous black saree.

The handsome hunk of Bollywood shared an image from the event posing with her wife on his official Instagram handle.

The Abhishek Pathak directorial is backed by the filmmaker himself along with Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, and Kumar Mangat Pathak under the banner of Panorama Studios, Viacom18 Studios and T-Series Films.

Drishyam 2 also features Mrunal Jadhav, Rajat Kapoor, Saurabh Shukla and Kamlesh Sawant in supporting roles.
