Gujarati actor Mayur Chauhan had recently shared a fan poster of him as Walter White from Breaking Bad. The iconic show and character had become everyone’s favourite when it was released on Netflix.
The poster which Mayur shared saw Walter White in a shirt and his undies. Walter’s face was replaced with Mayur’s.
Talking about the fan-made poster to OTTplay exclusively, he shared, “It was a fan poster. I loved it and so I shared it.”
The actor also said that he is better suited to play Jesse Pinkman. “I would love to be cast in the remake for sure, but I don’t think I’ll fit in Walter White’s character. I could play Jesse Pinkman from the show.”
For the uninitiated, both the characters of Walter White and Jesse Pinkman underwent a major transformation from the first to final season of Breaking Bad. Walter, who played the role of a professor who had morals, forgot it all by the end of the final episode, especially since he got mixed up in situations beyond control. Jesse Pinkman, on the other hand, developed himself from a careless student to someone who takes up responsibility not only for himself but also the people he is associated with. Of course, many situations forced him to become more emotional than practical, which unfortunately was not the case with Walter.
Till date, Breaking Bad is recorded as one of the most-viewed shows in the history of Netflix. Due to its popularity, the giant had also backed the spin-off project El Camino, which showed viewers the journey of Jesse Pinkman’s life.
Meanwhile, Mayur Chauhan will soon be seen in Machu, Tagad Dhin Da, Ghum Theyel Che and an untitled Gujarati film. He, of course, also is a part of the second season of Cutting.
