Find out all about Asur 2's Gaurav Arora's funny story about a particularly dedicated fan

It looks like every actor on the web series Asur 2 has some funny anecdote or other to share with their fans, who eagerly awaited for the second season to release three long years after the first one. 

Set in Banaras, Asur 2 continues where the first season ended. Gaurav, who plays an astrologer and motivational speaker in the series, reveals his real side in the new season. He plays a man with the dual identities of Kesar Bhardawaj and Mukund Agnihotri.

Now that the show has received a lot of love from audiences, the actors have finally begun doing media interactions. And in an exclusive interaction with OTTplay, Gaurav shared an interesting anecdote. 

Gaurav told OTTplay, "It was a great feeling for all of us to know how egerly our fans were waiting for the season 2 of our show, I remember when on the first day of my shoot, I put out a picture from the shooting location on my Instagram, a fan commented 'when is the season 2 releasing?' Since then, every day he would message me on DM and ask about the release date. I remember on day 50 I guess, he did not message and I text him, 'Bhai, aaj aap bhul gaye, poochna, Asur 2 kab release hogi?" (lauged) but we are really thankful to know that our show has a loyal fan base and they are appriciating our work; now that the show is released, everyone knows that it was worth waiting."

Asur is directed by Oni Sen and also stars Barun Sobti, Ridhi Dogra, Anupriya Goenka, Arshad Warsi, and Amey Wagh. It is available to stream on JioCinema.
