French Open 2022: When and where to watch Rafael Nadal vs Novak Djokovic live on OTT in India

Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic have been pushing each others’ limits time and time again and they are en route to face each other once again. As the two giants of tennis go head to head in the Roland Garros quarter finals, Indian fans can watch the game live on OTT. 

Djokovic dominated his last game at the French Open as he met World No. 15 Diego Schwartzman. Djokovic, the defending champion, wasted no time knocking Diego out in a 6-1, 6-3, 6-3 game. 

While Djokovic whistled past his competition, Nadal had a tougher route to the quarter final. The 13-time French Open champion met No. 9 seed Felix Auger-Aliassime and beat him in a 3-6, 6-3, 6-2, 3-6, 6-3 game, which lasted over four hours. 

The two champion athletes are meeting for the 59th time, meaning that no other two men have met each other more times in the professional era. While Djokovic looks to be in red hot form, Nadal will have to be at his best, trying to recover from his last game. However, Djokovic would know better than to underestimate the “King of Clay”, as Nadal would go all in for another championship. 

Nadal and Djokovic also met in the French Open Semi Finals last year, which ended as a gripping game of Tennis, which went to four sets. The game ended 3-6, 6-3, 7-6, 6-2, and Djokovic went on to beat Stefanos Tsitsipas in the final. 

Nadal will try to assert his dominance once again, and try to become a 22 time Grand Slam singles champion, going 2 ahead of the rest. Djokovic on the other hand, will try to win his 21st Grand Slam singles title, looking to tie with Nadal and going one ahead of Roger Federer. 

As the two star athletes meet each other for a record time, Indian fans can stream the match live on Sony LIV. The game is scheduled to begin at 8:30 pm in India.
