The 10th installment is in the making and Diesel had asked Johnson to be a part of it through a post on Instagram, asking him to come back as agent Lucas Hobbs. However, in a recent interview, Johnson stated how disappointed he was with Diesel’s public request after the two had come to a mutual agreement in private.
Stephen Merchant criticizes authorities on events covered in upcoming factual drama
British Actor and filmmaker Stephen Merchant and the creators of his upcoming BBC true-crime series, Four Lives, has accused the London Metropolitan Police for their “monumental failings” over the murder case surrounding killer Stephen Port. The series was delayed by two years after as a result of a public inquiry into the investigation, which revealed that at least three of the murders could have been avoided if the police had been thorough.
Saif Ali Khan wraps second shooting schedule for Vikram Vedha
Saif Ali Khan has wrapped up the second shooting schedule of his upcoming movie Vikram Vedha in Lucknow. The film, also starring Hrithik Roshan and Radhika Apte, is a remake of the 2017 Tamil hit of the same name. The Bollywood remake will be helmed by writer-directors Pushkar and Gayatri, who also directed the Tamil original. Vikram Vedha is scheduled to release theatrically next year on September 30. No news about the film releasing on OTT has been revealed yet.
First three episodes of Ray Donovan to stream for free on YouTube
Showtime is all set to release the first three episodes of its popular series Ray Donovan for free on OTT platforms, before the upcoming film’s release on January 14. The first three episodes will stream for free for the entire month of January on YouTube, Sho.com, Showtime.com, among other platforms. The film, titled Ray Donovan: The Movie, stars Liev Schreiber in the lead. Schreiber has also served as a co-writer on the movie with series showrunner David Hollander, who has directed the film.
Dabangg 4 in the works
Salman Khan’s action blockbuster franchise Dabangg, is expected to release its fourth installment. According to Pinkvilla, Tigmanshu Dhulia has been working on the script for over a year, and Salman Khan will reprise his role as Chulbul Pandey.
