Happy Teacher’s Day: Nimrat Kaur and Radhika Madan in the Lead

The shooting of a social-thriller film titled Happy Teachers’ Day, starring Nimrat Kaur and Radhika Madan, has begun on Teacher’s Day. The makers of the film dropped a special video announcing the project. The short clip begins by highlighting how teachers educate, enlighten, empower, and shape our lives, and it ends with a question:”But can’t they have a life?”

The film is written and directed by Mikhil Musale in association with Parinda Joshi. While Kaur is known for her acting prowess in films like The Lunchbox (2013) and Airlift (2016), Madan has been a television star and has been seen in films like Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota (2018), Pataakha (2018) and Angrezi Medium (2020).
