Former South African cricketer AB de Villiers took to Instagram to share photos of his meeting with Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh. The former Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) player and the actor were seen chilling and talking about cricket.

In the pictures shared, the duo can be seen color-coordinated and wearing black T-shirts. In a few pictures, AB de Villiers can also be seen explaining something to the actor while watching a cricket match on a big screen.

AB de Villiers captioned the images, "Needless to say, we had loads of fun! This man is a very special human being and it was an absolute pleasure to get to know him better! His energy is contagious and he’s got this special skill of making everyone around him feel great. Thanks for your time @ranveersingh, thanks for your energy, but mostly, thanks for just being you! Until next time".

Not just the cricketer, even the actor shared pictures on social media and wrote, "Had a great afternoon, hanging, chatting and watching cricket with the legend - 'Mr.360' himself @abdevilliers17 (bat and ball emojis) #championofchampions #besttoeverdoit."

Earlier, the batter had also met Indian batting legend, Sachin Tendulkar. They were seen having a chat as he captioned the images, "So I ended up spending a few hours with this man today. Thought I was sort of gonna interview him, but ended up just listening and taking it all in. What an experience. Thanks for your time "Master Blaster" @sachintendulkar".

Before meeting Ranveer Singh, the former cricketer had met Kantara actor-director Rishab Shetty during his first visit to RCB Bar and Cafe in Bengaluru.

The cricketer called Rishab a "very talented actor, filmmaker, and top man." He also shared pictures with the filmmaker and his fans from the cafe.

AB de Villiers wrote, "Visited the RCB Bar and Cafe for the first time and it was all smiles. Fantastic spot for a wonderful fanbase. It was also great to meet Rishab Shetty, a very talented actor, and filmmaker. Top man."

Talking about Ranveer Singh, he will next be seen in Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, Rohit Shetty's Cirkus and the Hindi adaptation of Vikram's Tamil hit Anniyan, directed by S Shankar.
