Independence Day 2022: Kartik Aaryan spends a fun filled day with Navy officers, see pics

Independence Day 2022 saw Bollywood celebrities celebrate the historic day in style, waving the tricolour proudly in their homes. Kartik Aaryan seemed to have taken things up a notch. Ahead of Independence Day, the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 actor spent a whole day with the officers of the Indian Navy.

Taking to his official Instagram handle, the actor shared glimpses of the fun filled day he spent with the officers. In the photographs, Aaryan is seen posing with the military personnel, even brandishing firearms in some pictures. The actor also shared glimpses of him sharing some light hearted moments of fun with the officers, playing video games and participating in a game of tug of war, which Aaryan says the officers ‘let him win’ in. The actor gave viewers a glimpse of a roti making machine, which left him fascinated, and also provided entertainment for the officers as well. He also shared a heroic story of a military officer who braved a cyclone to help people.

Aaryan was last seen in Anees Bazmee’s horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which also starred Kiara Advani and Tabu. The actor currently has a host of films in his kitty at the moment. His upcoming releases include Shashanka Ghosh’s Freddy, Rohit Dhawan’s Shehzada, Sameer Vidwans’ Satyaprem Ki Katha, Hansal Mehta’s Captain India and a yet to be untitled film helmed by Kabir Khan. Aaryan will share the screen with his Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 co-star Kiara in Satyaprem Ki Katha. Freddy and Shehzada also stars Alaya F and Kriti Sanon respectively as the female leads.

Meanwhile, a number of Bollywood celebrities celebrated Independence Day this year by hoisting the national flag at their homes. They include Aamir Khan, Rajkummar Rao, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, R Madhavan, Vivek Agnihotri and Anupam Kher, among others.
