The host were 130/2 with Conway and Phillips going strong, however, soon after the partnership was broken, it went in favour of India.

Siraj and Arshdeep both have picked up 4-fer as they picked 8 wickets between them.

In need of a wicket, Siraj came to bowl and showed why he is part of the playing XI.

A very good over by the pacer and even sent back dangerman Glenn Phillips for 54.

Following Conway, Glenn Phillips also smashed his way to his half-century.

Devon Conway (51*) and Glenn Phillips (37*) are scoring boundries at regular intervals.

The umpires were seen taking the players out of the field. While it is not raining and the covers are off, the game is yet to begin.

New Zealand have won the toss and have opted to bat. Tim Southee will captain the Kiwis in the absence of Kane Williamson.

India make one change - Harshal Patel comes in place of Washington Sundar.
