Actress Indraja Sankar was the second among the 16 contestants who got evicted from the adventure reality show Survivor which is streaming on Zee5. The show's team released a four minute video which has her talking to her mother and sharing experiences of participating in the one of its kind game.

She informs her mother about the elimination from the show and apologizes to her for the same, to which her mother, Priyanka Shankar, (also an actress) replies, "Why are you apologizing? After all, it's just a game!". Indraja went on to say that her father (actor Robo Shankar) had pinned lot of hopes on her as she entered the show, and that she couldn't do justice to his expectations.

In the video titled 'Digital Exclusive Rant Diary', the young actress explained to her mother how she was expelled from the show. It was Gayathri's mindfulness in solving a task which made way for Indraja's eviction. She was also seen saying 'I will come home in three days. I can't stay here anymore. My body isn't adapting to this place'. On her experiences while participating in the show, she said it will take three weeks' time to heal her right leg which got injured.

In the video which was shot before she was set to leave the island, she said, "I loved exploring a lot through the show. But after a point, I started missing my family. I had a tough time adjusting to the food and bathroom here, though I kind of got used to it as time passed. Initially, I couldn't bear the climate, too; it was so cold. Now, my family is happy that I'm coming back to them. All said and done, I will miss being a part of the show. I consider Survivor as my teacher. It taught me to survive in adverse situations. I will miss Arjun sir and my team as well."
