The ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2022 is nearing its conclusion, and the semi-final matches are about to start. Four teams will be vying for the championship.
Fans throughout the world were able to watch coverage of every game throughout the event. It appears, though, that Pakistan TV, which is broadcasting live coverage of the games, does not want its audience to hear the national anthems of other nations, particularly of India.
A Pakistani Twitter user, took to Twitter to question PTV Sports and wrote, "PTV censoring Indian national anthem. Why PTV?!?!".
In the two images shared, on PTV, an ad can be seen, while simultaneously, on Ten Sports, the Indian national anthem is being played.
Talking about the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2022, host nation Australia won't be at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) to defend their T20 World Cup crown after they were eliminated at the Super 12s stage due to an inferior Net Run Rate (NRR).
Even South Africa, who stayed at the top of the points table for more than half of the tournament in Group 2, saw them lose to the Netherlands in their final group game, which gave a chance to either Pakistan or Bangladesh to make it to the semis.
It will now all boil down to New Zealand, England, India, and Pakistan to duke it out for the title.
