It's official! Nayanthara-Vignesh Shivan's fairytale love story is making its way to Netflix

A little over a month ago, Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan marked a milestone in their fairytale love story, when the two finally tied the knot after years of dating. Fans seemed to fall more and more in love with the adorable couple everyday. Vignesh has been gracing fans with some delightful moments of their love story from time to time via his social media, dropping some delightfully stunning photographs from the dazzling affair. Now, in some great news for fans, Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s charming love story will soon make its way to Netflix.

The streaming giant shared the exciting news on their social media handles, along with some delightful unseen photographs of the happy couple. The photographs feature Nayanthara and Vignesh looking as head over heels in love with each other as ever, in some stunning shots by the ocean. Netflix captioned the post “These images of Nayanthara and Vignesh have us seeing stars, BRB, we're doing a little happy dance ourselves because THEY’RE coming to Netflix, it’s beyond a fairy tale!!”.

The news comes amidst reports that Netflix had acquired the rights to the couple’s wedding video, which the streaming giant is planning to stream on their platform as a documentary. Multiple reports stated that Netflix and the couple were in the midst of a dispute, as the streaming giant was reportedly unhappy with Vignesh for having shared wedding photographs on his social media.

The issue seemed to have been resolved and in a statement obtained via FilmiBeat, Tanya Bami, Series Head of Netflix India confirmed that the documentary would arrive on Netflix soon. In her statement, Bami had spoken of how the streaming giant was partnering with director Gautam Vasudevan and Rowdy Pictures, to give viewers a glimpse into ‘Nayanthara's journey that led to her fairytale wedding with Vignesh’.
