Kajal Aggarwal set to join Kamal Haasan-starrer Indian 2, releases video of her getting trained in horse riding

The shooting of Indian 2 got postponed for various reasons in the last two years. Later, there was news that Kajal Aggarwal, who plays the female lead in the big budget project, has opted out of the project after she became pregnant. Speculation was rife that another actress would replace her role in the film.

But the actress clarified a while ago that she is very much a part of the movie, leaving her fans excited. Now, she has taken to her Instagram page to post a video of her getting trained in horse riding for the movie which has Shankar at the helm.

The excited actress also came up with a long post in which she expressed gratification for having returned to work four months post-partum. She posted, "My body wasn’t the same as how it used to be. Pre baby, I could endure very long workdays with taxing amounts of physical activity AND then hit the gym (sic)."

Kajal added that she's super thrilled to learn new skills on the job and pursue them as hobbies even as she celebrates her comeback to movies. 

The actress added, "So fortunate to be a part of this industry I call home! Grateful for the opportunities to constantly learn and become an upgraded version of myself (sic)." Indian 2 is the first film which brings the actress together with Kamal Haasan.

The sequel to the 1996 blockbuster film has Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Delhi Ganesh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Samuthirakani, Bobby Simha and Manobala among others essaying pivotal roles in it. Anirudh has been roped in to compose music for the most-expected movie.
