A new promo for Kaun Banega Crorepati 13 shared on Instagram by Sony Entertainment Television saw host Amitabh Bachchan sharing some light moments with celebrity guests Irfan Pathan and Harbhajan Singh.

When Amitabh teased the former cricketers about their ‘famous’ tempers, Irfan took out a couple of stress relief balls and promised to release their anger with the help of those. Harbhajan then reminded the actor that he is the original ‘Angry Young Man’, referring to the moniker given to him for his roles in 70s’ films such as Zanjeer, Deewaar and Sholay.

Harbhajan teased Irfan about eating with both hands and said that he is capable of finishing food meant for four persons alone.

Amitabh then asked the two to name a cricketer they are scared of. Harbhajan said that he was intimidated by Sachin Tendulkar at first. “Darr lagta tha ki kuch muh se nikal na jaaye ya unke shaan ke khilaaf (I was scared about accidentally saying something that might be an insult to his stature),” he said.

Harbhajan recalled an incident from a net session with Sachin in 1998. Sachin would nod after every ball, Harbhajan said. Harbhajan ignored the gesture at first but then went up to Sachin to ask if he had something to say. Sachin said no and Harbhajan went back to bowling. After it happened a second time, Harbhajan decided to remain on the ‘backfoot’ with Sachin.

“Woh baad mein pata chala unki aadat hai, woh helmet theek karte hai aise karke (I later found out that it was his way of fixing his helmet),” Harbhajan said, leaving Amitabh in splits.

Harbhajan also poked fun at their English-speaking skills and recalled a story from his National Cricket Academy days. He said that they were asked to fill out a few forms and one of the boys wrote ‘pink’ under the ‘mother tongue’ column.
