Kiccha Sudeep’s next with director Venkat Prabhu?

Fans of the Kannada actor Kiccha Sudeep who are preparing to celebrate his birthday will have more reasons to rejoice. The actor is reportedly gearing up for his upcoming project with director Venkat Prabhu. The director took to social media to put up a picture along with the superstar, hinting at an upcoming movie with the actor and wishing him a happy birthday in advance.

Venkat Prabhu recently met up with the star at his residence, where the latter prepared a delicious meal for the director. The director’s caption, “Looking forward for our next”, makes us wonder if they are going to surprise us with their upcoming project. We might get the amazing news on Sudeep’s 50th birthday, falling on September 2.

Venkat Prabhu recently finished shooting for his upcoming Silambarasan starrer Maanadu. The movie is touted to be a political thriller and stars Kalyani Priyadarshan as the female lead, along with SJ Suryah in an important role. Maanadu is going to have music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, who previously worked with the director in movies like Mankatha and Chennai 28.

Kiccha Sudeep has several movies under his belt too. He is currently awaiting the release of the upcoming Kannada magnum opus, Vikrant Rona that is touted to be a 3D fantasy adventure-thriller movie. The movie features Nirup Bhandari and Neetha Ashok in important roles along with Jaqueline Fernandez in an extended cameo. The upcoming movie will mark her debut in the Kannada film Industry.

Sudeep is also awaiting the release of the commercial entertainer Kotti Gobba 3 that stars Madonna Sebastian as the female lead and is directed by Shiva Karthik. The movie is reported to have a theatrical release in October, although the official announcement of the same is expected to be made on the day of the Kannada superstar’s birthday.
