Mirzapur 3: Kaleen asks for sweets and firecrackers. Is it to give good news about Pankaj Tripathi's hit drama?

Kaleen Bhaiya might come soon to your screens soon! In the recently released video by Amazon Prime Video, he is seen asking his aide Maqbool to get him sweets and firecrackers. Sweets and firecrackers are bought when there is a good news. Hence, this could mean the return of Mirzapur with a new season. After the successful runs of the two seasons, it is only fair to release the third soon as fans are anticipating the hit crime series. 

In the video, Pankaj Tripathi who plays Kaleen Bhaiya, one of his most fan-favourite characters, has the crime lord demanding Maqbool to get sweets and firecrackers on his way home. The video ends with the credits reading 'to be continued later'. The streaming giant shared it on Twitter and wrote: "wonder why kaleen bhaiya is looking for mithai and crackers already 🤔

A user then commented on the post if they would be releasing a trailer for Season 3 tomorrow and the OTT player responded saying there’s no such announcement and to stay tuned to Amazon Prime Video as they add more content.

Meanwhile, let's keep our fingers crossed hoping there will some news about the new season of the hit show. Season 2 ended on a cliff hanger. Kaleen bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi) escaped death with the help of his dead arch rival's son Sharad Shukla, played by Anjum Sharma, while Munna (Divyenndu Sharma) gets killed. It will also be interesting to see Guddu Bhaiya (Ali Fazal) and Golu (Shweta Tripathi) teaming up with Kaleen’s wife Beena Tripathi (Rasika Duggar).
