Nakkhul and Sruti celebrate 11th dating anniversary

Actor Nakkhul and his wife Sruti are ringing in their 11th anniversary of dating. And to celebrate the special occasion, the duo bought t a new car. Nakkhul, who is quite active on social media, shared the news. He wrote on his social media handle, “Today it’s been 11 years for @srubee & I ! ♥️ 11 years since we started dating ! And we correctly decided to add another member to our family. Extremely happy @lanson.toyota ! Thank you for making our 11th year SO memorable ! Super happy to be a part of @toyota.india 🤩 Congratulations on your new car @srubee 😘🤗 (sic).”

Nakkhul and Sruti tied the knot in 2016. The couple have a daughter named Akira and are now expecting their second child. The duo had taken to their social media page to announce that they were expecting their second child in June this year. 

On the work front, Nakkhul is working on Vasco Da Gama and Eriyum Kannadi. Vasco Da Gama is directed by debutant RG Krishnan and the title of the film is said to be the abbreviation of the crucial characters in the film. The star cast also comprises KS Ravikumar, Munishkanth and Mottai Rajendran. 

The first look of the film was released earlier, and the poster is said to be a parody of Rudolph Zallinger’s popular illustration, The March of Progress. Music for the film is by Arun NV, cinematography is by Vanchinathan Murugesan and Tamil Kumaran is handling the editing.

In Eriyum Kannadi, Nakkhul will team up with Sunainaa. The action drama will be directed by R Kannan. While Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored the music for the film, Vairamuthu has penned the lyrics. Cinematography is by Nirav Shah. This is the third collaboration of Nakkhul and Sunainaa after Kadhalil Vizhundhaen and Maasilamani. Interestingly, Kadhalil Vizhundhaen was marked the debut of both as lead actors.
