Neena Gupta calls her Goodbye co-star Rashmika Mandanna 'a sweet girl'

Kannada actress Rashmika Mandanna has been a phenomenon with her performances in Telugu, Kannada and Tamil movies. The actress will be making her Bollywood debut with Mission Majnu, is also playing a central role in Amitabh Bachchan and Neena Gupta’s Goodbye. Recently, Neena talked about her equation with the young co-star.

In a recent chat with Bombay Times, Neena said, “Rashmika is very cute. She’s a sweet girl and a good actor. On the first day itself, we became friends. Also, Rashmika has a cute little pet. It’s a three-month-old dog called Aura. She comes to the set with her pet and we all play with it.”

While Neena has been in the industry for almost four decades, she never got a chance to work with Big B till now. Talking about the same, the 62-year-old actress revealed that everybody is surprised that the duo has never been cast together for a film.

Meanwhile, in one of the candid behind-the-scenes pictures from the sets of Goodbye that found its way online, Rashmika and Big B can be seen looking at a mobile screen together.

Neena, who recently appeared in Sardar Ka Grandson in a leading role alongside Arjun Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh, will next be seen in a cameo role in Ranveer Singh’s ‘83. The actress is currently filming a thriller drama titled Dial 100 that also has Manoj Bajpayee and Sakshi Tanwar in lead roles.

On the other hand, Rashmika is done with shooting for the Telugu action thriller Pushpa that also has Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil. She is currently filming her espionage thriller film Mission Majnu opposite Sidharth Malhotra.
