After Kirron Kher, Pooja Bhatt tests positive for Covid-19

The last couple of years have had been a nightmare of sorts for many all over the world because of the dreaded Corona Virus which was the reason for the global pandemic. Besides the colossal loss of economy, there were many who succumbed to the deadly virus. Just as when one thought that the Corona virus has moved away forever for good, there came the shocking news about the veteran actor Kirron Kher being tested positive for Covid 19. The actress took to social media and posted stating, “I have tested positive for Covid. So anyone who has come in contact with me please get yourself tested.” After Kirron Kher, the actress-cum-filmmaker Pooja Bhatt also tested positive for Covid 19.

The ‘Dil Hai Ke Maanta Nahi’ actress took to social media and posted a message stating, “And exactly 3 yrs later, I have tested positive for the first time. Mask up people! Covid is still very much around & can get to you despite being fully vaccinated. Hopefully I shall be back on my feet soon." She posted this message as a reply to a video post which was shared by Professor Ashok Swain who had posted a video of people banging plates and other utensils in an attempt to drive away corona during the deadly virus’ first wave.

In her social media post, while Pooja Bhatt had mentioned about her being tested positive for Covid 19, she also urged everyone to start wearing mask. She had written, “Mask up people”. She also cautioned everyone by saying that the deadly Covid was still very much around and oen can get infected despite being fully vaccinated.

Pooja Bhatt, who is majorly active on social media, had posted an extremely adorable post a few weeks back, on the occasion of Alia Bhatt’s birthday. Pooja Bhatt had posted an all-smile photograph of Alia Bhatt and their illustrious father Mahesh Bhatt. Both, Alia Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt were twinning in white ensembles. After posting the photograph, Pooja Bhatt captioned the post stating, "Happy International Alia Bhatt Day"!
