Prabhudeva To choreograph a number in Godfather featuring Chiranjeevi and Salman Khan

Chiranjeevi, whose recent release Acharya tanked at the box office, will be looking to bounce back with a bang with Godfather. For the uninitiated, Godfather is the Telugu remake of Mohanlal's Lucifer, which is being directed by Mohan Raja (who has also provided the screenplay). Nayanthara plays the female lead in the film that also features Satyadev Kancharana, Sunil, Biju Menon and others in key roles. RB Choudary and NV Prasad are jointly producing the film under Konidela Productions and Super Good Films.

Leading Hindi film star Salman Khan is slated to make an extended appearance in Godfather and had also shot for his portions alongside Chiranjeevi in a schedule held in Mumbai recently. Commemorating Ramzan, the team behind Godfather announced a new surprise for Chiru and Sallu bhai fans - both the stars are set to shake their legs for a number in Godfather, to be choreographed by Prabhudeva. The film's composer S Thaman announced the news on social media earlier today.

Thaman, who shared an image featuring Mohan Raja, Prabhudeva and himself, tweeted, ““Yayyyy !! ❤️ THIS IS NEWS 🎬🧨💞 @PDdancing Will Be Choreographing An Atom Bombing Swinging Song For Our Boss @KChiruTweets and @BeingSalmanKhan Gaaru What A High Seriously @jayam_mohanraja Our Mighty #GodfatherMusic #Godfather This is GONNA LIT 🔥 THE Screens For Sure 😍 ” The makers are set to film the song shortly and promise that their moves will set the screens on fire. 

Godfather is in last leg of shoot and film director Puri Jagannadh will also be seen in a cameo in the same. The film has a capable technical crew comprising cinematographer Nirav Shah, art director Suresh Selvarajan (who also worked for Acharya), to name a few. Chiranjeevi's better half Konidela Surekha is the presenter of the political drama while Lakshmi Bhupala pens the dialogues. Vakada Apparao is the executive producer.
