Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt wedding: Vastu residents file complaint against media for their frenzy over Ranlia’s marriage

Amidst all the frenzy surrounding the Ranbir-Alia wedding, the paps have landed in trouble. The residents of Vastu reportedly filed a complaint against the media which had gathered outside the building to capture the instances of the star duo’s wedding.

Disturbed by the hubbub, the residents sent a complaint to the Pali Hill Residents Association (PHRA) last evening, which forced the PHRA to call a senior cop to moderate the crowd. The residents complained that the media flocked at any given moment, whenever they saw a celebrity arrive.

According to ET Times, who made a call to the PHRA Secretary Madhu Poplai, the news is true and indeed, the complaint was made. Poplai had said that she didn't have any other option but to call a senior inspector. After the inspector arrived at the spot, they, along with him, held a meeting in the lobby of Ranbir's building Vastu. It was also attended by an organizing group’s members who happened to be at Vastu at the moment.

Poplai stressed that media personnel need to understand that Pali Hill is a slope area and such slopes even extend to some bylanes. This makes it increasingly risky for anyone to drive or even wade through them. Since over 200 media personnel had been standing at different points of the road over the past 3-4 days, it has become a matter of grave concern. Besides, it was also a violation of safety norms.

The matter, however, has been resolved smoothly and Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are now happily married. The couple recently released photos of their intimate wedding ceremony and it oozes nothing but love. The Bollywood fraternity has been pouring in love and wishes for the newly married and is wishing them health and happiness!

Ranbir and Alia will be seen together for the first time in Ayan Mukerji's upcoming movie, Brahmastra. The film is slated to release on September 9.
