Ranbir Kapoor has lately made news for his forthcoming film, which also stars Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. The stars of the film were extremely busy promoting their picture ahead of its theatrical release on July 22. Ranbir recently discussed the lessons he received from Aamir Khan in a YouTube conversation with the JugJugg Jeeyo actor Prajakta Koli.

According to Pinkvilla, during his interview with Prajakta, she asked Ranbir whether he had any advice for the next generation of performers. This is when he recalls the advice he acquired from Aamir prior to beginning his acting career. Ranbir stated, "Aamir Khan had told me this before I became an actor, which I didn't really understand back then. I just thought, 'Kya bol raha hain' (what is he saying?). But he told me that before you become an actor, what I suggest you do is pack a bag and just travel around India. Most of us who have grown up in luxury, who are privileged, don't really know our country, our culture, and how diverse it is."

Speaking of this same Ranbir, he regrets not following Aamir's advice since he now realises why he should have. He explains that now he is an actor, it is more difficult for him to travel since the public recognises him. He also emphasised one of Aamir's points about travelling by bus and train. The Rockstar actor stated that while he did not heed the advice at the time, the young must do so today.

Shamshera, on the other hand, was directed by Karan Malhotra and features performers other than Ranbir, Vaani, and Sanjay, including Ronit Roy, Saurabh Shukla, and Iravati Harshe, among others. Aditya Chopra produced the film, which was released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
