Ranveer Singh, Aamir Khan’s popularity falls after Cirkus, Laal Singh Chaddha debacle – see full list of most popular male stars in Hindi

Ranveer Singh and Aamir Khan’s popularity has dropped in the month of December 2022. This happened after their films Cirkus and Laal Singh Chaddha faced the Box Office debacle. The top five, however, remain untouched.

Ormax Media has unveiled the list of most popular stars for the month of December. There’s no addition from last month but a few saw a drop, others rose up to the rank and some remained consistent.

Since some time, Akshay Kumar, despite his back-to-back flops, has been the most loved Hindi film star. He has managed to beat all the Khans to rise up to the rank.

Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan continue to compete at number two and three. They are at the same ranks respectively.

Hrithik Roshan, last seen in Vikram Vedha with Saif Ali Khan, is still the fourth most loved Hindi film actor. He has managed to beat Ranbir Kapoor, who has given a hit in Brahmastra in 2022. Ranbir had been in news in the year because of his professional and personal life. For the first time, Ranbir became a father in 2022. He is the fourth most loved actor for the month of December, just like the month of November.

One actor who almost made it to top five is Ajay Devgn. From the eighth most loved actor in November, he is now the sixth most loved in December. Ajay beat Ranveer Singh as well as Aamir Khan to rise to the ranks. The actor is in news for his upcoming movie Bholaa.

Ranveer Singh has seen a drop from number six to seven. This has happened after the debacle of his Rohit Shetty directorial, Cirkus.

Aamir Khan has seen a drop from number seven to number nine. This is after his back-to-back flops in Thugs Of Hindostan and Laal Singh Chaddha, both which also released in four years’ gap.

Meanwhile, ‘Bhediya’ Varun Dhawan has risen up to number eight. He was the ninth most loved last month.

Despite Freddy success, Kartik Aaryan continues to remain the 10th most loved Bollywood actor in December. He is currently a part of some exciting projects, including Shehzada and Satyaprem Ki Katha.
