Rashmika Mandanna, who enjoys a massive fan following all over India, is all set to mark her big Bollywood debut with Vikas Bahl's family drama Goodbye, which features Amitabh Bachchan as her father and Neena Gupta as her mother.

During the press conference, when Mandanna was asked about the difficulties she has faced while working in a Hindi language film, she said that she took it as a "challenge" and is proud of the fact that she has added another language film to her credits.

"... I have worked in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada films and working in Bollywood has been different for me. I did my own dubbing (in Hindi) and had to work hard on getting (it) right. But, Goodbye is a special film and I have just added another language to my list of films (where I have worked) in different languages. I cannot wait for everyone to see it (smiles!)," said Rashmika.

Rashmika also expressed that with her film's release barely a month away, she can barely contain her excitement.

"I think I am really excited because this is one film I was really looking forward for because the story and the concept itself is so different and new. i don't know, it's been a while since I have watched a film like Goodbye come out. So main toh bohot hi excited hoon (giggles!)," she said when asked about Goodbye being her first Bollywood movie comprising a stellar cast that includes Amitabh Bachchan, Neena Gupta, Pavail Gulati, among others, in leading roles.

Directed by Vikas Behl, Goodbye features Amitabh Bachchan, Rashmika Mandanna, Shivin Narang, Neena Gupta, Ashish Vidyarthi, Sunil Grover and Pavail Gulati in pivotal roles, and is all set to release in theatres on October 7, 2022.
